1. Data controller

The controller of personal data is [company name], [address], tax ID [number]. Contact: games@solardeeds.com.

2. What data we collect

E-mail address, invoice details (if provided), order history and licence keys. Payment card data is processed only by Stripe — it never reaches us.

3. Purpose of processing

Fulfilling orders, delivering the game and keys, running your account, issuing invoices, handling complaints and activating licences on first launch of the game.

4. Children

Purchases are made by an adult. [To be completed: what data, if any, the game itself collects.]

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, port it and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6. Sales launch notification

If you leave your email address in the order form and tick the consent, we will use it only for one message about the start of sales of the game (legal basis: your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to games@solardeeds.com; we will delete the address after sending this message and at the latest after 12 months.

7. Game license checks

When you activate the game, and every time it starts with an internet connection, the game sends our server the license key, a hash of the computer's identifier (not its name), the game version, the operating system and the language. The server stores this data with the key, together with the country determined from the IP address, and keeps the IP address itself for 30 days. Purpose: performance of the license agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and protection against abuse — sharing a key, reselling it or guessing keys (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep the key data for as long as the license is in use. Addresses blocked for abuse (e.g. mass key guessing) are remembered as an encrypted hash so that repeated blocks last longer.
